Application:
HY-10-H-24D type of fiber closure is a fiber optic cable splice of multiple purposes, which can connect and protect cables. The fiber closures are capable of protecting fiber cable splices in straight-through and branching applications and shall be used in underground, aerial, wall-mounting, pedestal or direct buried, hand hole-mounting and duct-mounting applications. We always devote to the R&D of telecommunication equipment. Our fiber closures can greatly improve the performance of the operation of your network communication system. Closure is suitable for the applications up to 48 single fibers, which can cover most of the applications in the long-distance transmission and local fiber distribution networks, like Fiber To The Home / Fiber To The Curb (FTTH/FTTC). It is suitable for underground, aerial, pedestal or direct buried applications.

When the closure is pressurized up to 100kPa and immersed in water for 15 minutes, no air bubbles; or observed for 24 hours, no change of air pressure.
(5) Re-entry Performance:
After 3 times of encapsulation according to the instruction, it still can be up to the seal performance standard.
(6) Mechanical Performance:
After all the following tests, the box and all the components inside don’t change, check through gently or open it if necessary.
When the closures are pressurized up to 60 kPa, it can still meet the seal performance standard after the mechanical performance test
- can withstand 1000N horizontal pull force;
- can withstand 3000N/10cm vertical pressure;
- can withstand 16N·m impact three times;
- can withstand 50N·m twist force 10 circling times 10 cycles of ±90°twisting angle ;
