SOA can be used to 1310nm Optical amplification. It can be widely utilized in 10G/40G/100G communication system with 10dBm maximum optical power.
SOA has built-in drive circuit and logic control circuit to monitor the key information such as input / output optical power, amplifier temperature, module temperature and signal gain in real time. The module can work in automatic optical power control (APC) or automatic gain control (AGC) mode through upper computer configuration. All state parameters and configuration information can be flexibly adjusted and monitored by the host computer master controlsoftware.
